(9) Gluten-Free French Macarons:

I was inspired to make French macarons after spending the summer in Europe. These cookies are popular in Paris and London where I couldn’t get enough of this naturally gluten-free cookie. These cookies require quite a bit of fussing in the kitchen, but once you get the recipe and technique down-pat, you’re golden!

(10) Gluten-Free Lemon Bars:

I love all things lemon, so I enjoy making these gluten-free lemon bars often. They offer up a nice diversion from all the chocolatey sweet treats everyone makes, too.

(11) Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Meringue Cookies:

I make these wonderful cookies when I’m looking for a simple, grain-free and flour-free option. These are made from whipped egg whites, sugar, vanilla and chocolate chips. I heat my oven, shut if off, and allow these cookies to slowly cook overnight. Delic!

(12) Gluten-Free Chocolate Truffles:

These gluten-free chocolate truffles are adorable. I like to put festive sprinkles around them and place in matching mini cupcake tins. You could also roll the truffles in powdered sugar, cocoa powder, matcha green tea powder, crushed nuts, shredded coconut, freeze dried fruit or chocolate covered chia seeds.

(13) Peppermint Chocolate Bark:

This might be the easiest holiday recipe of all because all you have to do is melt delicious chocolate and sprinkle it with toppings of your choice. I like to top my holiday bark with dried goji berries, peppermint marshmallows from Dandies, and crushed organic candy canes.

(14) Gooey Gluten-Free Blondies:

Thanks to my cousin Sharon, I’m able to make these gooey gluten-free blondies with little effort. I simply swapped wheat flour with my 1-to-1 gluten-free flour blend and voila, these wonderful blondie bars appeared magically out of my oven.
