  1. Soak the flannel in castor oil and wring out the excess oil. It should not be dripping with oil.
  2. Lie down and place this on your lower abdomen.
  3. Wrap the abdomen with the plastic wrap and place the hot water bottle on this.
  4. Keep this on for 20-30 minutes.
